We then went to visit Anna's mum in Halifax, West Yorkshire and rounded off the day with a nice cheap meal at "Taybarns" in Wigan. http://www.taybarns.com/taybarns.html
On Saturday I took Anna to a crafting day near Frodsham in Cheshire.

I also looked around a great bookstore and record shop.
Easter Monday we took a little ride to the "Original 50p shop" near Huxley, Cheshire.
Needless to say, not much was 50p any more, but some good bargins were there.
Tuesday we had a family day out and made use of our National Trust membership.
We visited the Quarry Bank Mill and Styal estate near Wilmslow in Cheshire.

We followed that up with a meal at "Harvester" near Christleton in Cheshire and finally went bowling.
Lots of our travels were cheap and cheerful, the National trust visit was free.
It would have cost £36 if we were not members and the bowling was 50% off Tuesday evening.
These photos may not be in order!

Looks like you are all enjoying your time together. I've been to Crabapple Crafts! (No surprise there!) I am sure Anna was right in her element!
